That's very enjoyable: llove the colour fidelity.
You could consider to use a raster pixelated font though; IMHO that would add more to the theme. Furthermore, the current font seems to have wrong kernings.

The font choice completely underwhelms the screenshot. Use a nice pixel font, or something along the lines of scanline or doublelines for better results.
